Charles Pinnell has developed a reputation for his unique and simplistic teaching methods, which bring out the best in a horse and rider, creating the trust and bond needed to achieve a competitive edge. Born and raised in South Africa, Charles has ridden and competed from the age of five. He credits much of his early foundation to the Pony Club where he achieved his "A" Test with honors. His equestrian credentials span three continents, including Europe, South Africa, and the United States. He brings a wealth of hands on experience to his clinics. Competing on horses owned by the Queen of England, saddling thoroughbreds in some of the world's richest races and winning top level three day events are just some of his career highlights. As a previous member of the South African Eventing Team, he states "I can't teach you how to ride in a few days, but I can help you and your horse be happier and more effective together. I will help you create a competitive edge." Charles resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and clinics at Hartmeyer's three times a year.
