Can I return my items if they don't fit? Yes! If it won't fit you or your Horse, then you can exchange it for something else, or return it for a refund of the item price. However returns are not available for closeout items or custom items such as custom derbies. How much is shipping? You can calculate shipping on your shopping cart by going to View Cart on the top right of your screen, and then entering your zip code after items are in your cart. Do you do consignment? We do sell saddles on consignment and other items. You can call 1-800-225-5519 and ask for Jane Do you sell used saddle suits? Rarely, but right now, we have about 25 rentals suits for sale for $95 each. Some are very high quality and some are not but all are being sold from a reason. Either they are the older, shorter suits or they have two sets of buttons on the coat whereas current coats have just a single set of buttons ( or one single button) at the waist. Some are in excellent condition, some are not. Please e-mail your sizing information & phone number to jane@hartmeyer.com and we'll be happy to e-mail or call you whith availability. Can I ship my items to another address? Yes! When you place your order during the checkout there will be a check box that says (I want this order shipped to a different address!) Click that and continue. How long will it take for me to get my order? Orders are packaged and sent within 48 hours (exculuding weekends). If an item is not in stock, you will be notified. Once shipped, depending on your location, shipping takes one to five business days. Next day and two day priority shipping are available but they can be costly so you may want to see the shipping chart before you select those options.
