Can I return my items if they don't fit?
Yes! If an item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for something else or return it for a refund of the item price. Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase.  However returns are not available for closeout items or custom items such as custom derbies.

How much is shipping?
You can calculate shipping on your shopping cart by going to View Cart on the top right of your screen,
and then entering your zip code after items are in your cart.

Can I ship my items to another address?
Yes! When you place your order during the checkout there will be a check box that says (I want this order shipped to a different address!) Click that and continue.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
Orders are packaged and sent within 48 hours (excluding weekends). If an item is not in stock, you will be notified. Once shipped, depending on your location, shipping takes one to five business days. Next day and two day priority shipping are available but they can be costly so you may want to see the shipping chart before you select those options.
